For all orders in the U.S. we offer a $3.00 flat shipping rate using USPS First Class 2-5 day mail to help you save as much money as possible.

USPS Priority 2-3 day mail for a flat rate of $7.95.
USPS Express (2nd day guaranteed) for a flat rate of $19.95

First Class shipping outside of the US is a flat rate of $19.95
Express shipping (3-5) days outside of the US is a flat rate of $29.99

OMGLights operates Monday - Friday.
All orders will ship within 1-2 business days of the purchase date.
For example, an order is placed on Friday so it may not ship until the following Tuesday since we do not operate on weekends.
For all backordered items you will be notified immediately and we will either ship the items when they are in stock, or the money may be refunded so you can place the order at another time.
Please advise that Express only guarantees 2nd day delivery, yet in most cases it will arrive overnight. Orders may take up to 2 days to process, so if you want to have your order for Saturday afternoon, it is always good to place the order on Wednesday to ensure it is processed in time.
Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with your order returns must be made within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date. All items must be in unused condition. If items are sent back clearly used after they have been said to be unused, there will be no refund issued and the items will be sent back to the buyer. Items such as our LED Gloves and White Gloves may not be returned after 24 hours of confirmed delivery. We must be notified within this 24 hour period of any defects or else a refund/exchange will not be issued. Exchanges and refunds that are the result of a mind change in the customer will be honored, but the customer will bear the return shipping cost. A refund will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Buyer assumes all responsibility for their order once it is handed off by OMGLights to the postal carrier. There will be no reimbursement for items if they are confirmed delivered by the carrier. OMGLights holds no responsibility for packages being stolen from the buyers residence upon delivery. By purchasing from OMGLights you agree to these terms.
